At Cleaning Secrets, we stand behind the quality of our work. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we do our best to deliver services that meet or exceed expectations.

• If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.

• We will arrange a free re-clean of the specific area(s) in question at the earliest possible time.

• Refunds are considered only if the issue cannot be resolved with a re-clean.

• Refunds do not apply if access to the property was restricted, cleaning conditions were unsafe, or services were not completed due to circumstances outside our control.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
